The Aviary is open Wednesday through Sunday evenings from 6 PM until 2 AM.

We feature a daily selection of chef-inspired cocktails and bites, with various lengths of tasting progressions available. A carefully selected list of some of our favorite spirits, beers, wine and Champagne is also available.

We happily accept walk-ins (space permitting) throughout the evening on a first come–first served basis.

We do accept a limited number of same-day reservations for 6, 8:30, and 11 PM. Email your reservation request to reservations@theaviary.com with your desired time and group size noted in the subject line. Emails are randomly selected each day at 3 PM, and email responses posted by 3:15. These same-day reservation requests are accepted beginning at 10AM. All previous emails are deleted; we start each day with a clean slate.

We are pleased to offer a 10 course cocktail tasting menu at our Kitchen Table.
This progression of cocktails and bites is priced at $165 per person. We offer seating nightly at 6 and 10 PM for groups of 2-4. Kitchen Table reservation requests are accepted up to 4 weeks in advance. Due to the nature of this menu we are only able to accommodate a limited range of dietary restrictions, and ask that you inform us of such restrictions at the time of your request.
