teatro7...a totally innovative restaurant...

2005 was an important year for Rico Guarnieri. He had the once in a lifetime chance to bring to fruition all his ideas and experience by opening his own restaurant. This is how teatro 7 was born, a restaurant that combines the coziness of home with the entertainment of a theatre and offers a very simple though sophisticated cuisine. The kitchen area has an exposed structure than can be seen from both the inside and from the street through a window of 15 sq m width that allows the guests to watch, as in a theatre, the creation of the new dishes that they will enjoy in a very uncluttered and quiet environment.

The basic idea is to work in a home-style kitchen within a restaurant environment, a totally innovative concept. The idea became reality thanks to the partnership with Scholtès (Indesit Company Group), a worldwide leader in appliances who designed the entire kitchen area, Berndes, worldwide leader in pots and pants as well as professional kitchen utensils and to Wüsthof, world leader in knives production.

The recipes they propose make you discover the origins of true and natural flavours and are skillfully reinterpreted by the chefs who excel in preparing creative and easy to make dishes using seasonal ingredients, if available. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs, are bought fresh every day to offer the very best quality. The different types of bread are baked by the chefs themselves. Moreover, the customers are able to taste a large variety of local oils.
