The new Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room is now open.

The Whitechapel Gallery has re-opened its doors after an ambitious expansion with a new Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room. Vacherin are the in-house caterer for all private hire and corporate entertaining.

The newly expanded Grade II* listed building provides contemporary spaces to host meetings, conferences, screenings, dinners and drinks receptions. By working closely with clients, Vacherin will create bespoke menus for different occasions and budgets. All ingredients are sustainably sourced.

Vacherin wins UK's first 'Green Gong' for sustainable food

Vacherin has just had its green credentials recognised as it has won the Sustainable Food Award at the prestigious Sustainable City Awards. The Sustainable City Awards aims to recognise and reward outstanding achievements in sustainable development. This is the first year they have added the sustainable food category to the awards.

The sustainable food award in association with Sustain recognises the provision and promotion of sustainable food , with a focus on sustainable catering. Vacherin's submission showcased its commitment to providing sustainable food, as outlined in Sustain's seven principles, as well as to wider aspects of sustainable catering.
